 Most of the items at Jewels By Tarry are made to order, production, QC & packing lead time is 10-12 days since we need to make sure the item is QC pass each process before we ship to you.

We will expedite your order on a priority base & will complete your order within 4 working days & then will ship it by DHL Express as free shipping. DHL Express will deliver your order within the next 4-5 days.

Ready to ship Next Day, close out & clearance items will be shipped immediately by next day, unless no modification or changes required by buyers.

Shipping:

All our items are free shipping by DHL Express which takes only 4-5 days to reach at your doorstep. Rarely, 1 or 2 out of 100 times can be delayed 1-2 days due to Custom formality.

Items are eligible for free shipping is minimum invoice value US $150. Below this invoice value items are subject to charge shipping cost US $25.

Returns:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of our items. We want all of our customers to be completely happy with the purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied; the items are not as described as product descriptions or not appear as per your order sheet like not the same gold K , gold color, length/size or bad quality. We will gladly accept your return in accordance with the terms of our shop.

How to request a return for refund: Just contact us within 2-3 of delivery by using this link ---, fill the form & send to us. Please make sure the item should be returned in its original condition with the original packaging, there should not be signs of the product being used or worn, buyer will be responsible for any loss in value due to use or damage.

Return shipping charges will be given by buyer if it is not our mistake but if the return items are not as described or not as order sheet then we will cover all the return shipping charges. 

Cancellations:

You may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Cancel within 1-4 days of purchasing may apply processing fee & labor cost paid by buyer.

Address & shipping schedule change can be applied any time before your order has shipped. Please notify us ASAP, may we be can ship your order before your shipping schedule.
